| The Ute Mountain
Reservation comprises a half million acres in the southwest
corner of' Colorado. The reservation headquarters are
located in Towaoc, just south of Cortez at the base
of Sleeping Ute Mountain. |

| At the Ute Mountain
Pottery plant Native American artisans create and paint each
piece by hand. Ute pottery is reminiscent of the ancient pottery
made in the southwest centuries ago. Located adjacent to Mesa
Verde National Park, the Ute Mountain park offers another
undiscovered aspect to the region. Guided tours available.
Bingo is held every Friday and Saturday nights plus Sunday
matinees. |
